Angelo B. – President

Angelo grew up in South Florida and joined the U.S. Marine Corps in 2003. While on active duty, he graduated from Ashford University with a B.A. in Psychology. During his time in the Marines, Angelo began his journey investing in stocks & bonds. He successfully navigated the stock market for over 12 years and began seeking an additional source of revenue. Looking to add another hedge against inflation as well as a supplementary source of income, Angelo transitioned to real estate acquisition and rental property management.

Georgio B. – Sales, Marketing, Property Management

Georgio has over 15 years of experience as a investor/realtor in South Florida, and has been a licensed realtor since 2003. He was the Project Manager at C & G Investments of South Florida from 2006 until 2013. He successfully coordinated the acquisition and rehabilitation of numerous single family homes all over South Florida. Georgio also provided consultation services to hedge funds targeting real estate in Florida. He currently manages the rental property portfolios for various investment companies, including Baer Goldman Logistics, LLC.

Crystal H. – Accounting, Leasing, Market Analysis

With over 15 years of office management experience, Crystal could easily be considered the central nervous system of Bear Goldman. Crystal has a background in legal services and has always operated with the utmost attention to detail and unrivaled organizational skills. Her penchant for market analysis, and eye for potential profit in real estate is truly second to none. Crystal is responsible for the management of numerous banking accounts as well as budgeting and forecasting. She brings several years of leasing experience to the team, making her an invaluable asset to Bear Goldman’s operations.
